Clare Jeffery writes honest, humorous non-fiction about modern womanhood, motherhood, perimenopause, family life and the often chaotic reality of trying to hold everything together whilst quietly losing the plot.
Her writing blends sharp observation with emotional honesty, focusing on the moments women often recognise but rarely say out loud, from hormones and identity shifts to parenting, relationships and the pressure to keep functioning normally through all of it.
Alongside her non-fiction book projects and lifestyle writing for women’s publications, Clare also writes children’s books exploring emotions, family life, worries and the imaginative logic of childhood.
She is based in Dorset with her family.
