Karen is an accredited ICF coach, the founder of Hudini Coaching, TV Executive and a mother of two, with a passion for supporting working women and mothers.
She has worked in the Television Industry for two decades and cemented a strong reputation and track record in entertainment, factual, features and documentary programming.
With an unrivalled repertoire of multi-territory, high budget, large team productions behind her, her premium slate of credits include ‘The Grand Tour’, ‘Made in Chelsea’, ‘The Island with Bear Grylls’, and ‘Heston Fantastical Food’. She also played an integral role on the first series of Amazon Prime Video's ‘007 Road to a Million’.
Karen is the driving force behind Hudini Coaching, which has been utilised by numerous Independent Production Companies and Screenskills to coach, train, mentor and speak. Her mission is to aid and support women and mothers in the creative industries who are juggling busy lives and careers. She believes positive mental health and growth can exist and understands from experience the blended nature of all life's roles.
A coveted speaker, she is regularly invited onto panels as a coaching expert, from Women in Film and TV to Soho House and the Banijay Group. From a large multi-cultural family and raising two young children, she’s long been a strong advocate for women and is considered supportive, empathetic, insightful and an invaluable resource for so many.
